hey! Im John. An Italian American born and raised in New York, and now forced to live out the rest of my existence in suburban New Jersey. I’ve been cooking for as long as I can remember. I’m married 34 years to the best wife imaginable.. have five amazing children, 1 adorable Grandson, 2 son-in-laws and 4 fur babies. I’ve been a stressed out Air Traffic Controller for the FAA for 30 years.. so with my crazy schedule, you could imagine I don’t always have a lot of time for cooking! But! when I do? yeah you guessed it… I cook! And I try to feed my family the best meals they could possibly eat.
